when shld one jump ship?
hi, would like to know when shld one jump ship in order to secure a higher pay? i ve seen ppl getting pay cut, same pay as well as pay rise whenever they jump ship. any reason how do the 3 different scenarios come into play?

2 major reasons for taking a paycut
- Job prospects / career switch
- Job satisfaction
A bonus if one were to get it without a paycut or even a higher pay.

When someone pays you more, simple!
Never take a paycut to jump ship within the same field, you will be in the downward spiral forever lolx
