The worse thing is, this organization is damn middle heavy. Amazing number of directors they have when what they desperately need is more people who can do.
Don't even ask them to do, a lot of the directors' technical knowledge cmi.
Technically bey sai but very good at coming up with processes, layers and layers of governance.
The working people get bogged by all the processes they came up.

Uhm nope. Left there after 1.5 years. Unless you are looking for just a stable job with no interest to progress in your career, this might be a good job. With no drive for innovation + relatively stable job, it’s a perfect retirement nest!

i think it depends on where u get, some departments are just bureaucracy over bureaucracy, manage vendor instead of doing real work. these are the jiak liao bee departments
on the other hand, some depts do real work, from user requirement, to prototyping, coding, testing, uat, sit, deployment, maintenance on an ongoing system, these however are the most siong critical infrastructure departments with very little work life balance. in these depts there are many things to learn, but not sure if one can take it with ongoing 24/7 support even when there is some form rotation
also promotion is very slow, typically 3 years once, grading almost like civil service, 2 years of grade "Bs" and fulfill some criteria then can promote.
If u want a fast career track, don't join, u will feel very slow inside

PBonus for Average performer is 2 to 2+ months every one performing grade up is around 1 month more
Corporate bonus so far is 1 month to 1.4 months

Performing Grade is 1-5. 1 the best 5 is worse 3 is Avg

Can don’t think of 1 you can work like cow highest only 2
You can get promoted and still get 3
Promotion and grade don’t go hand in hand.

Don’t h have the range but I only got a rough idea
SM is around 9k to 13k understand from HR they do adjustment every 2 years for the ceilings
M maybe peaks around 9k? Use to be at 8k
I think in IHiS depend which salary range you go in if you got into M and promoted to SM your Salary will be in a bad position compare to those that enter as SM mid range of the tier.
