Whoa. You went direct via IHiS or there was a recruiter handling? Or are you in their HealthTech Associate Programme (HAP) ?
Totally different from my experience cuz the recruiter tried to scam me saying it was almost 5k by adding everything and telling me it was a good deal.

All three are pretty stable but you should always take the one with the highest base salary and benefits. Out of the three, I would probably choose Govtech for the better WLB.

I don't want to give out too much info, but I did not go through a recruiter. I dislike talking to recruiters and I would only engage with them as a last resort. I have more than a year of internship experience at healthcare/tech MNCs so that probably helped I guess.

I see. IHiS did have job listing via direct and also recruiter, and for the recruiter the listing didn't even mention which company. Dislike going through recruiters as well as a lot of them just want to hit KPIs and often misrepresent things, which is why my gut was telling me the recruiter was full of BS that time.
Gratz on the offer!

EUC (and many other departments) overloaded and have high turnover. Hospitals need more manpower imo.

Pay sucks, hours sucks, not to mention the usual customer facing centric issues. It's no wonder they have manpower issues
