Has ihis culture changed after many years?
Not sure the hiring process but I will have interview for analyst role next week.
Any advise?

About 1wk received email from HR to filled up form then another week received call from HR for interview.

They are mass hiring again, not sure if the management or working culture do improve.
A look at glassdoor will know it is somewhat the truth there
