High bonus
Recently got an offer from keppel fels and wanna clarify about the job grades.
They do have superindent and graduate engineer position , boy o them considered same ?? Experts help me out ?

Why bother about title?
Important thing is money must be good, Keppel engineer fresh grad ard 3.2k, bonus 9 -12 mth depending on performance.

Your writing is very confusing.
Title say high bonus, but post got nothing to do with bonus.
Post say want to clarify job grades, but your question is about titles.
So what do you want to know really?
And what they call you engineer, suprindent (wtf is that?), manager, vp, director is up to them. Why you so concerned about job title?

Position which I applies for is engineer but their interviewers said superindent !
I was quite confused interns of job grade !! So wanted to clarify ! Any one have experience working in keppel ?
I'm sure keppel is just famous for high bonuses and not for career advancement

So what is the job grade they give you? If the job scope is same, why does it matter?

I know even Diploma graduates are offered the position of Superindent !
So I was kinda confused in terms of job title and grade !!

I haven checked on my grade as i haven signed my contract yet !!!
So what grade should i Expect ?? EX5??
Graduate engineer cum Superindent considered EX5 ??
Enlighten me !!

Degree grad should be EX5 or sometimes lower at EX4 depending on job, my exp is KTT, not sure if Fels is different.
