- OT one of the highest in the industry, can hit over 1k max per night

- OT lowest among the 3 majors O&G companies, max can hit $600 plus for team leader position

Hope to see more local youngsters joining this industry, more and more FTs are replacing locals...not much locals want to work in the sun haha...

For those who just wanna nua all the way on blue collar side best is to join Shell. The union there is the most powerful and constantly bully management which means a lot of $$$ benefits and almost impossible to sack you unless you commit career suicide like AWOL, stealing etc.

EM power distribution technician
Hi,
I am a degree holder engineer, I worked previously for five years in semicon/electronics industry and currently six years in the oil and gas industry. How much can I get as a power distribution technician at EM? What are the monetary benefits? What is the medical, life insurance, home ownership and car ownership assistance?

Hi John with ur experience u will have to apply as an engineer. Engineer from what i know starting is abt 4k and will rise up to 4.8k within 2 yrs. And ur yearly income is fixed at 15 months of ur basic pay.

Key thing is to write a good cv and resume.
