Really? I just google their website & it seems like a very cheap homepage that was not updated for many years. Not saying you are wrong or what, but I find it quite hard to believe this kind of typical small setup serving local clients can pay 140k p.a. for a entry level junior analyst.

Not from HR so can't comment the other stories, but this one really over the top. I mean 140k upwards for a junior analyst is what some of the investment banking FO are offering to new grads. Quite unbelievable that a co with a crappy website not updated for years with a office located at some never hear before building pay this kind of money.

Your "side" HR aunties are probably just HRSS or something. And you're obviously not from HR so don't generalize. For C&B and L&D I think there has to be a good grasp of language - country policies/laws to training programs.

Let's say if you wanna get into a specialist role but from the previous posts that I've read, you'll prolly need around 8-10 years of generalist exp before landing yourself a specialist role. So how will you be able to get into a specialist role assuming you just have a basic degree and find it hard to gain generalist experience if you're a male?
