Hello anybody knows how the local banks like uob pay for avp level HR?? How much is the base and bonus? Say about 6-8 years HR experience.

basic abt 160-180k bonus depend on performance usually 70-80k

Should be 6k+, but heard from my colleague use to be from there say bonus very high 10-12 mths if meet kpi
