Means your P wants to promote someone else. Think about whether you are okay to receive pay cut, if no, either say no to P or only say ok if you become a Lead Teacher. They can’t just drop ur CEP below SEO2 if ure alr HOD and performing satisfactorily (eg C grader)

Many HODs who hentak too long are asked to make way. I think unfortunately, your time has come.

Trying to force u to go on teaching track. Ask P what would he or she do? You r SEO2 so the P cannot force you to become normal teacher.

While most HOD appointments are at SEO2 estab, certain "big portfolio" HOD appointments can be up to SEO3. So the highest paid HOD is technically the top of the SEO3 scale.
