The EO grades are (all) generally not considered junior pay grades in the grand scheme of things. There is no equivalent GEO grade to MX16, unless you consider the very bottom of GEO1. In the recent past, such supplementary payments have been given to GEO1, but anything above that is not considered junior in terms of salary drawn.

will the officer get year end bonus if she/he is resigning at end of the year aka 31dec?

Sigh MOE really underpays teachers who joined around 2015 onwards, promotion rates and salary increments have really slowed. pay increase of only 1.5k+ over 8 years, for an above average performer is just low and taking teachers for granted

Never get, last day of work must be on or after 31 Jan 2022 if not wrong.
