Asking around, nobody obtained B after first year C

No I don’t think so.
Still depends on your performance for pb grade.

Depends. Generally, if you enter HQ as a GEO4, you will return to schools as a KP. In that case, you maybe promoted to GEO5 faster as you have a bigger job scope.

Of course not but it is not easy to get a B. I have been getting a few C & C+ before managing a B & better grade.

It is decided by a panel, not just one person. The chance is remote but if your grading is not good, your RO should have spoken to you way before that.

Hi, just like to ask what is the salary increment for April, based on the PB grade u get?

Like C, C+, B- what’s the increment?

Have a colleague who has just barged into P’s office to appeal against PB grade. Dunno what the outcome will be. Planning NPL if things don’t work out.
