hrp just indicated pro-rated and felt like they gave me a number out of thin air. I got C+.

Hi anyone joined MOE HQ on MX scheme rather than specialist scheme? Can share how's the salary and progression like for MX scheme in MOE, do they lag behind specialist scheme? TIA.

Basically, for specialist scheme can be 10%-25% higher pay than MX scheme

Why would the increment be pro-rated? I was working and never on any unpaid leave.
