career prospect in sembcorp
hi, guys. would need advice from you all that, what is the career prospect in sembcorp?
is there any difference between sembcorp sembawang shipyard and jurong shipyard?
what is the starting pay for a degree holder doing design engineering engineer there? is the annual increment good?
what is the bonus like?
what is the different between sembcorp shipyard, SMOE pte ltd and jurong SML?

Be careful... Shipyards have a VERY VERY HIGH turnover rates.... Just go to jobstreet or jobscentral search Keppel, Sembcorp, ST Marine, ASL and so on... They are used to firing/letting people go...
Current situation:
Lots of old people at the top, many managers and very few on the supervisory level...
