what should be an expected salary?
say candidate Y, has a local uni pass general degree (non NS) , 4 years working experience, what should be the salary range for the candidate's expected salary to work at a statutory board?

2 years experience usually equates to 1 annual increment for 'semi-related work'. This is open to a lot of different interpretations by HRs around the country.
