You add up all the hours, weekend lost, lost relationship due to work, abuse etc, the pay is probably less than mcdonalds worker.

With 200k-300k savings they'll be fine... At least they can go open a cafe or startup with a great backstory.

Do yall really think is wise to move from Big 4 auditor (Front office role) to a Commercial accounting (Back office role)? I don’t think so because front office > back office
In big 4, auditors are generally considered front office because they are revenue generating but commercial accountants are not revenue generating thus back office

You're joking right? Knn you 1st or second year junior you think can save $200k-$300k in 2 years? Don't kid yourself la. Bonus are nowhere near the astronomical sum these past 3 years after covid. Most are lucky to have their job. Besides, these people spend like crazy too.
