Q: Big4 - Yearly salary increment

i enjoyed my time in big4 advisory. The monthly salary is similar to audit but bonus is way much higher, workload is also ok and hardly see any jhks. My bosses are mainly expats from UK.

I do have audit colleagues who seconded to my team and eventually joined us as FT. Recommend audit to try internal transfer to other better functions

which type of advisory? i'm in advisory too but my bonus is same as the audit secondees we got and also 50% jhk. contemplating a change

JHK is not johor kia. Its jiu hu kia.

Jiu hu = 州府. An old term used to refer loosely to the Straits settlements, but it evolved to be used to refer to anywhere up North generally

What higher bonus? My bonus is the same number of months as my audit friends, it's only higher because my base is higher and by not much anyway. Which line of advisory are you from?

learning from my associates, not working on weekend.

I'm really worried our local graduates in their 20s are not joining the audit industry.

What I am most worry is ISCA or our audit industry will start to look for people from India, the Philippines, Myanmar and Vietnam
