i enjoyed my time in big4 advisory. The monthly salary is similar to audit but bonus is way much higher, workload is also ok and hardly see any jhks. My bosses are mainly expats from UK.

I do have audit colleagues who seconded to my team and eventually joined us as FT. Recommend audit to try internal transfer to other better functions
