I can comfirm this. I was HP got 1.75 bonus but that was 3 years ago lol. Still the same?

Good luck and update us. I think this year market is slower. Last year Yellow tech hearsay is 2 months. Not sure how we will excel this year. Yellow will be announced mid sept if not wrong

Green also one month for average performer. So seems like 1 month is the standard this year.

got progression/promotion? seem like 1 month is the norm now, hearsay yellow partner say got bonus but "not sure if we will be happy" LOL. this is considered like AWS, tho AWS is already incorporated into our pay lol

Yes just see your payslip got the variable component which is your AWS. Hence your basic should minus off that
