I got 4.5 tho for A2. So can confirm 4.3 is not true.

Law firm in singapore is partner within 7 to 8 years, but that's just salaried rank. Like an M or SM. Still small fry. The real big fish is equity partner which depends on whether you got client base and how much revenues your team can generate. Some ppl never get equity.
