Is it really as easy as they say? All competitive in nature.. say dislike ot but I see all ot. If you don't keep up kena mark down no promotion lor

actually normal progression to sm if average performer. Honestly if the big boss don't like you, ot also useless one la

Everyone keeps saying that but seems like quite a few unable to promote no? Doesn't seems as easy as they make up too.

I know I for sure put in hell lot of effort and initiatives to ask for work and check in sessions

Maybe the ey the post is from 3rd dimension. Not sure why he can get 4.3k as A2. EY outsource these job to ph already.

from yellow.. 4.3 is overstretched.

I know two a2 3.8? LOL Iím a1->3.5.

But honestly I do think yellow culture is really good so far. no regrets even if it was lower than other firms.
S1 4.8-5.1 range I heard, depending the band you get. S2 5.5.
