Q: Big4 - Yearly salary increment

I have one manager who is of the same age as another sm in the same engagement. That manager beh song why the sm can become a sm when he feels that his technical skills are way better than the sm. He also thinks that he is way more responsible than the sm who always like to taichi work to the m and goes MIA after 7pm during the peak period. Little did he knows that the sm can become sm cus he is likable among the client and the partners, while the m only knows how to work hard and not work smart. Not to mention that the sm has a 10/10 face who goes to the gym almost everyday while the m is a bui turd.

I dun wan to hurt his heart since work is his life. And also he has been saying that he wants to quit since last year cus he feels that the firm doesn’t value him. But until now still haven’t see him quitting. Hope he quit soon so that there’s one less lightbulb btw me and my sm
