hi anybody have any insights for this? 1 year YOE, Heard this is 10k pm. is it true.?

True only if youre great at sales. Otherwise, expect a base that's much lower.

Base should be around 8k. Your renewal sales will count as part of your OTE package, if you close more you can get 10-12k PM

Recently went for interview and I asked for 11k base, they said its higher than their budget so I assume their base probably 9k or so?
