Appeal on promotion success rate for civil servants
Has anyone appealed for their promotion before in civil service? What is the process like and how likely is it going to be successfully?

Ask your HR about the process. But what is the issue anyway? Your RO would have explain it to you on your grade anyway.

I had a colleague that was stagnant in the mx12 zone for 6 years already and it is likely its because he is a straightforward person and might have offended many people along the way
