Hello, from india, which job should i choose?

should I choose a 225000 rupee(about 4000 sgd) salary not inclusive of benefits software engineer job in India or continue staying in Singapore with a 4700 sgd job of the same role?

Fresh graduate with SIM degree, my parents used to work here but are currently retired in India.

India better. Singapore racist and toxic. I am Indian and very tough here.

Thank you all, after some thought, I have accepted an offer from DBS.

My manager said the culture is very friendly for Indians and will feel like his hometown, New Delhi

I don't care if they are racist and toxic, that is even better for me, I get to marry earlier and then retire earlier too if I worked here, it also mean that there are more jobs for me if most Singaporeans are as you described. However, I can see what you have said may be true since I got a lot of offers from Singaporean companies than from India's companies
