Heard starting pay can be 500 - 1k different. Is that true? How come GovTech can pay so much better when all are stats board

Sure booohh.. if so good, there wont be govtech wanting to go HTX.. HTX u are fronting with bosses who are uniformed officers, so more rigid, regimental cos uniform mah.. govtech civilian bosses, can be more relax... But pay wise HTX and govtech think almost on par..
