Default What skills are universally transferable?

I am trying to make my CV look more attractive and am wondering, what skills are universally required for any job? My current job doesn't give me useful experience as the experience is only useful in the organization, so I have to see how to market myself to others.

a gardening company. I need to highlight my non-gardening-related skills to get a job elsewhere so what are some examples?

Have you considered starting your own landscaping company? From my layman's observations, I think it's a highly lucrative industry with not many competition because it's unattractive and seen to be low-tech. If you have the know-how, you can do well.

Really have no interest.. I don't like working in the sun and in this business you're at the mercy of the weather all the time. Raining, cannot complete work on time, get fined for damages. Trees, plants fall on people, go to court. That sort of thing. I should be working somewhere that develops useful skills.
