Analyst, Technology & Operations, Institutional Banking DBS.

Requirements
• Degree or Diploma holder with at least 0-1 year of relevant working experience.

You don't need a degree to get into DBS. Why do you think coding bootcamp is so popular. Use your brain.

Does the SEED program suck? Kind of, depends on your team.

Personally I did a lot of work and got lots of recognition but I have 3 friends who actually did nothing for 2 years straight. They also didn't go to the office at all in those 2 years because their entire teams were contractors from India, their manager is Indian who's never in the office as well so no one cared.

For them it's great because that means they can work part time or do other jobs and earn 2x income but the bad thing is that they'll learn nothing so I don't know how are they going to job hop next time.

For me it kind of sucks having to work so much when others are enjoying and doing nothing when we're both getting same pay. I think you need to look on the bright side and plan your future properly, learn what you can from DBS and run after 2-3 years.
are most of the seeders a bunch of retards like the people here?

small thing also wanna fight, i cant imagine working with these kind of people
