You can still give a try, but you will need prior knowledge to pass the online coding test. I believe it's the toughest online assessment since they started this SEED program years ago.

I have applied mid-september but my staus in taleo is still Submission Status: Schedule Interview – Updated: Sep 21, 2023 and the bot status is Current status: Your application is being reviewed. Means rejected?

I don’t think it matters a lot, your status will automatically changed to “Schedule Interview” once you have completed the application with the JIM bot.
