Had a quick chat with HR earlier! Turns out they are indeed offering varying pay depending on multiple factors. Guess this could mean +/- 4.1k which could explain why the other poster received 4.5k. Might nego because of this.

Hi! The HR just got back and they mentioned that all the offers are given out, but there might be a possibility that some of the offers made will get rejected in that case they will be offering those next in line.
Also, HR mentioned that the salary is consistent across all graduate in this program at 4.1k, so I'm pretty sure the previous poster claiming 4.5k is trolling

Different tracks' salary?
Hi can you all share which program y'all applied under?
The salary for finance graduate analyst on glassdoor is just 3.4k - is there different salary at different tracks
