Just went through the english test, logistical test and situational test.
I heard from HR that this position is meant for not as educated people (e.g. A levels and Poly students). and the HR said that some of the applicant has "some" experiences in university (heck what does she even mean? university is university right?)
Any idea about the bonuses, starting salary and benefits?
Do share your experiences thanks!

Ex FSAS here (jumped out to another Min). MFA can be nice - if you know how to “handle” your boss (usually an FSO). You can also expect to form close bonds with your FSAS batch mates at the ASBP.
In terms of recruitment, do expect to wait a while for their replies. It’s not that the peeps in HR aren’t working. You’d be surprised as to how late they work till if I may add.
• Sent in my application somewhere in Aug ‘16.
• Received a reply for an interview in Oct ‘16.
• Another round of interview and etc between Oct ‘16 - Mid Dec ‘16.
• Started work in Jan ‘17. (Fyi, your first day will always be a Monday)
As pointed out by others, the bottleneck is usually at security clearance (cause you're minimally required to be CAT 1S cleared) and/or your medical.
Also, no FSAS has ever changed track to FSO... Especially when HR was under the tight grasp of the goddess 🙃. The ‘line’ between FSO and FSAS is also very very apparent.
