I've checked with current HR, CEP won't be affected by previous job. Will only be affected by ur performance after u join.

For my case is that in my previous Ministry gotten a C-, currently working in a bank for 2 years already but contract ending and my appraisal records have been good at the bank......... Thinking of rejoining public service again.......... Will the new stat board which I am currently interviewing with still do reference checks with the Ministry and penalize me for that? .......... or will they hire based on my records with the bank?
