Shopee fresh grad pay

How are increments this year? My colleague got 2% but another guy claimed he got 10%. Plus 2 mth's bonus on top of that. Sure bo?

Can anyone share what's the hierachy like for non tech role?

Associate or Specialist which is a higher position?

these days got no more shopee employees bragging about their stock options anymore?

how much are these stock options even worth now

with so much of the compensation tied up in the stock and the freefall of the share price, worth it?

MCF states that the MA programme for shopee starts at 6k, is that true?

How is the bonuses and salary progression like for this program anyone knows?

Have you considered the possibility these 2 people are in different roles and levels altogether?

Putting on MCF means they wanna hire foreign talent particularly from their ****
So they can apply employment pass for these people

To anybody reading this thinking about joining Shopee,

DON'T.

I am a current employee but I am on my way out (thank goodness).
I'm sure everyone is aware of Shopee cutting out all sorts of benefits in addition to the layoffs. They are also pushing down employee grades at performance reviews, and stalling promotions by constantly moving goalposts and requesting for more for the employee to "prove themselves".

Even if you receive a high starting salary, expect it to taper off because it won't increase by much in the following 2-3 years. Not worth it at all.
