Are you kidding? Even in Dec 19 before covid-19, year end civil servant only got 0.1 month.

With Covid-19, maybe this time round just give a few hundred. More for div 3/4. We are heading towards severe recession, probably the worst recession sinxe 1965.

It's an unpopular proposal, but to give him the benefit of the doubt, he could have suggested it with the intention to lower biz operation costs to save jobs.

Hi all, fresh grad here. Offered a job on the engineer scheme in a SB. May I ask if SB pays the same rate of mid/end year bonus, AWS and MI as civil servants in ministries?

December 2019 was already 0.1%! Given the situation right now, i won't be surprised if no bonus will be given for June. The government has to manage sentiments of the public during these trying times when the economy is faring badly.
