No, there isn’t but you need to know that different services receive salary at a different day of the month

Hi All,
I am a junior clerk from Stats Department. Below are the past 8 years data for everyone analysis, sorted from highest to lowest GDP released at that point before bonus announcement. The numbers below are the variable components and do not include the 13th month AWS.
Year 2011: 5.4% -> Mid-year 0.50 month; Year-end 0.75 month; Total 1.25 month
Year 2013: 3.5% to 4.0% -> Mid-year 0.40 month; Year-end 1.10 month; Total 1.50 month
Year 2017: 3.0% to 3.5% -> Mid-year 0.50 month; Year-end 1.00 month; Total 1.50 month
Year 2018: 3.0% to 3.5% -> Mid-year 0.50 month plus lump sum of $300; Year-end 1.00 month; Total 1.50 month
Year 2014: 3.0% -> Mid-year 0.50 month; Year-end 0.80 month; Total 1.30 month
Year 2015: 2.0% -> Mid-year 0.50 month; Year-end 0.65 month; Total 1.15 month
Year 2012: 1.5% -> Mid-year 0.30 month; Year-end 0.70 month; Total 1.00 month
Year 2016: 1.0% to 1.5% -> Mid-year 0.45 month; Year-end 0.50 month; Total 0.95 month
Year 2019: 0.5% to 1.0% -> Mid-year 0.45 month plus lump sum of $200; Year-end ?month; Total ?month
For reference, 2011, 2015 and likely 2020 are election years.
