Year 2018: 3.0% to 3.5% -> Mid-year 0.50 month plus lump sum of $300; Year-end 1.00 month; Total 1.50 month
Year 2014: 3.0% -> Mid-year 0.50 month; Year-end 0.80 month; Total 1.30 month
