yea i heard many can't take the level of competition. less than half of the UFLP graduate from the programme

I can confirm that out of a batch of 10-15, maybe 1-2 get promoted. That is really low odds.

Expect to be good at playing politics.

Hello all! Wondering if anyone applied for the 2021 UFLP Experienced Professionals? Have completed the gamified assessment but have not heard back since about the next step (ie digital interview).

Hi! I hope you read this soon! I applied and did the gamified assessment. The results were sent back within 15mins of completion. You should contact them if you haven't heard back. I believe they are possibly looking at the candidates now since the AC is in Aug. I rmbr them saying that they intend to onboard by late Aug or Sep so they are moving quite quickly now. Hope you can reach someone soon!

Hey thanks for replying! Yes I received the results of the gamified assessment almost immediately after completing the 3 games. But have not been informed if I've been rejected or advanced into the next round (which I think is the digital interview?)

Let me know if you've already completed the digital interview, or if you know of people who have? Thanks

I applied too for the EP program. After the gamified assessment (play 3 games), you will get the insights. Shortly a few hours following that, a link will be sent to me, informing me that I've progressed to the next stage which is digital interview.

would recommend that you check your spam folder if you had missed the digital interview link. otherwise, you can write in to check with them. in the worse possible case (i hope this doesnt happen to you), you might have been disqualified right after the games.

Has anyone who applied for 2021 UFLP EP gotten an invitation for assessment centre? We are approaching Aug and based on their timeline, the AC and final interview will be concluded in Aug.

I received the email to do the digital interview a couple of minutes after the assessment results. The title is "Interview with Unilever" and opens with: Dear XXX, Congratulations! You successfully passed the Games level of our selection process! Did you check spam folder or one of those other default folders that gmail set up? Consider the keywords above to search. The Workday application platform's application status might give a clue on whether they are still waiting for you to do the interview or otherwise.

If you are sure you haven't gotten any email to interview digitally despite positive results from gamified assessment, I'd say try to find a way to contact them. If you know someone in UL, they might be able to connect you. Alternatively, you can take a chance with LinkedIn? Or any UL recruiter who might have emailed you in the past.
