If you consider the fact that you started from dip and you managed to hit 3k+ when you're still studying for your PT degree, it's pretty fast already. How many dip holders are able to draw that pay after 2 years?

At 4.5k, you might be earning more than some local degree grads with normal grades or those who are not able to utilize their degree properly.

But of course, if you want to compare it to the other spectrum (i.e. fch from local uni), they might be drawing that kind of pay since day 1.

Why would you think this is slow? I think this is decent and seems like normal progression. Unless you are saying that you change job every year with 20% increment.

There are also many facfors to consider such as industry, nature of job and company itself.

I am also 29 this year and I draw $6200 per month. In this case do you think you are slow in comparison to me? I started working since 2013.
