I have seen numerous discussion on stats board, but rarely on the Prime Minister’s Office. How is life working there? In terms of progression, increment, bonus, and life style.

I saw a job requirement for senior manager at PMO. Is this considered as junior or mid career? I’m a AVP-level banker with an annual pay around 150k. Possible to be matched there as a SM? Thanks.

Sounds like you were looking at SNDGO or GovTech. Sorry to disappoint you, but if you are hoping to match your current pay, you gota be applying for a SAD/DD-level post. Snr manager post in PMO is likely for those with around 3-5 yrs experience, so relatively junior.

PMO is similar to other ministries in term of progression, increment, bonus. Main difference is a lot of the work involves coordination or a policy work that's more whole-of-government in nature. PMO is probably the smallest ministry around, so higher chance of interacting with senior management.

Follow the civil service pay thread. The renumeration standards probably the similar to that.
