will i need to pay back my PB if i tender in during the month of the payout?
PB for my current company(A*star) is paid out in the middle of april. My HR says that in order to retain my Pb i have to tender my resignation in May. if tender in april right after my bonus is paid out, I would have to pay it back. anyone working in a star or any other stat boards know how true this is?. i cant seem to find any such clause in my contract  .

It should be stated in the HR OPM, please check your Intranet.
