Deferred Payment Scheme Condominiums - Deferred Payment Scheme (DPS) is a scheme to delay payment for a brand new condominium for a maximum of 3 years after you have paid the initial 20% down-payment. After the stated amount of period, you would then start paying like any other private condominium unit; which means that your monthly installments will start to kick in only after the stated period.
