What are the challenges during your eCommerce store migration?
Data migration: Data loss, data disorganization and confusion, compatibility issues, and hardware challenges.
Theme and Design Migration: Compatibility, brand image, and user-experience may have an effect on your business due to abrupt changes in the migrated website.
Integrations: Integrating and syncing third-party APIs with the migrated store from the old website.
Logistics: Loss of order and purchase histories if the data transfer to the migrated website goes wrong.
URL Redirects: URL redirects and 404 errors after migration for SEO ranking and traffic.
SEO: Referral Traffic, page caching, and indexing of the migrated pages.
Rollback: Plan to rollback if the migration is leading to the failure of your online business

That's a pretty annoying list if being honest, but if it is worth to do that, then why not? There are many online businesses that are always migrating, doing rebranding strategies in order to increase their income or to avoid any problems or concurence with a big player on the market. In general, the hardest thing for me is to begin a new marketing strategy, again seo, again context marketing, smm and so one. At least I have the clickfunnels alternative, it started to work very well on the market and my sales increased with 30% for the last month.
