Wasnt from engineering deoartment but in general, top management is shitty. But very nice managers

Good career progression? Or dyson cutting bonuses/ pay to recoup loss from wallich residence?

4.2k base monthly
no stocks
bonus is UP to 10%, senior says 5% most of the time
