Yea, AR/PC can keep renew. Got some lao jiao PC they don't want to become GovTechie because they want to moonlight. They no bonus, but their base pay add together is already higher than my annual with bonus included. Then they still moonlight...

Theres a few la. Actually doesn't matter. See what budget allocated for the position
And if those lao jiao really have tons of exp, can command very high salary one because its probably a niche position. They dont mind AR so long got high pay lo
