Hi, does anyone know what the increment is for each grade jump? e.g From D->E what is the percentage increase in base pay like?

Hi! I studied chemical engineering. However I chose to work at National Youth Council (Under MCCY) after grad. Im currently just a manager and Im thinking of switching my career path to a tech role. I have picked up data analytics/visualisation and some basic chatbot development. Anyone can advise how do I make a switch to a tech role? Do I get professional certifications like Google data analytics professional certificate? Thanks!

Hi you might wanna go to SSG to have a career coach for him/her to help you
