with all the layoffs in the private sector, i doubt there will be this level of range for a while.

There wasn't any mention of any adjustments of salary bands?

of course HR won't purposely downgrade your salary la if your current pay is beyond the adjusted (secret) range, and they won't go around telling ppl what ... then those who are underpaid gonna complain.

its when you're promoted or those new hires then it will apply

Hi, if I was recently promoted and got a small bump in pay, will my salary still be subject to performance merit increase come end-Apr?

Good question which no one can answer u now

Wait till end April la. I also eager to know. Gut feeling is no cause there's only 1 SI so its lumped tgt. I stand corrected

the amount you see should be annual increment + promotion increment. correct me if i am wrong.

how many percentage/amount?

Its not really a secret tbh. U can approach your ism and ask

Its just see if they wanna tell u or not

I think its 4%. Someone also mentioned got 4% and think its rather small amount
