CE and DCE just started their position so can't say much yet.

I think they do post actively on LinkedIn so still in the process of upskilling

One achievement or rather kpi is to cost savings by not renewing contractor...

Just joined at grade h under direct contact with govtech in June 2023. Am I afffected in renewal?

Well not so capable ppl can't stay in govtech. High caliber folks and ppl always think govt is iron rice bowl.
