Anyone knows what is Associate II? How many levels of Assoc are there until VP please?

what the salary range for senior associate job grade?
Offer rcvd at 10k to what extend I can negotiate? more visibility if i know the range.

Or anyone has experience negotiating with HR what's the outcome u get and incremental amount?

up to 15k, also depends on your last drawn salary.
usually the total compensation increment is 10%-15%.
