I am currently working in a statboard. Would it be easy for me to jump over to CAG?

Diploma fresh grad enters at Grade 1. Fresh degree grad at Grade 3. 3-5 years to jump a grade. Because it used to be a stat board, the salaries and hierarchy was mapped over. Director -> SVP, DD -> VP, AD -> AVP, SM -> SM. you can figure out the salary ranges based on what i said. got 13th month, and annual bonus is a combination of profit sharing + PB. there is a basic profit sharing bonus. the performance grade with be factor that is multiplied with the base bonus to give total bonus.

Love this comment, thanks!
Care to shed some light on where an accountancy grad (local u) may fit in? Is the starting compensation competitive?

Good Luck. They respond quite slow. If u can even an interview, maybe can celebrate already.

Hi, why do you say that getting called for an interview is a cause for celebration?

I applied to many position to CAG... they don't have a general management associate programme right? What are the chances of getting called down?

I have also similarly applied for a few positions in CAG. I am tempted to apply for 1 or 2 more, but Im afraid that it may look bad.. Anyone has advice on this issue?
It has been about exactly two weeks since I applied and no news yet.

May I know wats your experience and qualification? CAG is very high standard. Not so easy to get recruited by them.

Yeah I understand. I am just a soon-to-be fresh grad (in May), so yeah.. Not too sure whether I'll even get an interview. I think they would most likely prefer people with some aviation industry experience.
Are you in CAG by any chance?
