Local uni grad second lower + 1 year working experience.

How's the culture in the DTM department?

the job ad is always place there unfortunately. so its not considered an opening.

how do u know u are rejected?

They sent me a rejection email. But the email was not personalised to me at all. its like those email where you copy paste from the 'canned response' and you forgot putting in the name and position and you said thanks for the interview at (time and date). hahahha. so sad.

Do you know how many applicants CAG need to process daily esp for those low/mid level jobs? You expect CAG to hire an army of HR admins to sit there whole day drafting personalize letters for each of the rejects? LOL get real lah.

typical sg mentality, everything also want to complain. as if a nice letter will change the fact of rejection.

How’s the culture like in CAG? How’s the physical environment too? Anyone from the HR dept or know how HR dept is like?
