Outstanding performer = Band 1 + top 5%
Strong contributor = Band 1
Good contributor = Band 2
Contributor = Band 3
Need improvement = Band 3 + bottom 5%

Depends on bosses, no SOP to follow.. Anyway there is automated notification how much you will receive
